Odd Squeak Rear Deck area

For the last few months I been getting this odd squeak coming from behind the driverseat. Happens most when I hit bumps around 60mph. Sounds like it coming from the rear deck. I padded the deck some, made sure rear seat are tight and I sprayed some parts under the deck in the trunk, but the squeak is still there. Anyone have this issue?

Me too! I get this strange squeak/creak noise pulling in and out of my driveway. I replaced my rear shocks last weekend, and didn't notice anything loose or broken like a swaybar endlink so I haven't a clue either. Maybe my swaybar bushings need grease?

Yeah to me it sounds like its inside of the car in the deck but it could be the struts. Im spray them tonight and see. Are you too sound coming from the driverside too?

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
I had the same issue and the rear cross brace was the culprit. Here's a picture of what you're looking for.

You're the man Blue Dream! Thanx for the pic - seriously, as soon as it warms up here in NJ I'll be pulling my back seat out to check those bolts. IMO that should have been welded in from the factory, not bolted in.

Word, it's 16 here right now, wind chill makes it feel like 0. Too friggin' cold to be wrenching on the car, that's for sure! Once it gets back into the 40s I'll pull that seat out and check it.

I locktight the brace but I still hear the sound. It's def. behind the driverside area in the rear.
