Smile Remote start with OEM I-Key?

As the weather gets colder and colder here in Virginia I keep thinking how nice it would be to have remote start in my car.
It really sucks to have to get up at 5 in the morning with a 28F tempature, sit in the cold car waiting for her to warm up.

I am looking for a simple remote start up that uses the factory i-key to activate.
I really do not want to deal with 2 key fobs, I hate carying a ton of keys in my pocket.

Someting like in this thread would be perfect: Remote Start Built In?

I am also open to options with a full alarm setup, only because the factoy alarm kinda sucks. The system must have remote start and use the factory i-key.

vehicle Info:
2006 Infiniti G35X sedan
Factory alarm
i-key
Lojack system

I don't think they (Audiovox) make those anymore. You could always go with a smart phone app and kit.

Would this do what I want:
Prestige AS9234 Add-On Security & Remote Start w/ Factory Transmitter Integration

If so would I need anything else?

That appears to be the same unit, check the manuals to see if it's compatable.

To Remote Start The Vehicle:
Press and release the proper button or combination of buttons on your keychain transmitter to activate the remote start system, typically Lock, Unlock, Lock in sequence on the factory transmitter. The vehicle will start and remain running for the pre-programmed time up to 60 minutes. As a visual indication, the parking lights will flash or turn on dependent on the programming setup by your installation center. When you arrive at your vehicle, unlock by pressing and releasing the unlock button of your keychain transmitter or by use of the vehicle key. Enter the vehicle and turn the ignition key to the on position.

From the description above on their support site, this is excatly what I want.
I dont see anything about a vehicle application guide.

Would I need a immobilizer bypass module as well?

So it looks like I need these:
Prestige AS9234 Add-On Security & Remote Start w/ Factory Transmitter Integration
Flcan from flash logic for the transponder immobilizer bypass.
I am not to sure if I want or need the Doorlock+Transponder Bypass Combo or just the Transponder bypass. Anyone explain the benefits of the two?

I want to use the factory alarm with the Prestige AS9234 remote start brain and i-key fob.
I might get the CarLink by Audiovox, Remote start, security and keyless entry smartphone interface module later on.

All you guys mentioning audiovox is making cringe . Its got to be one of the worst that's made but i guess when the product is cheap a lot of store will carry it.Do yourself a favor and get anything that direted electronics makes. Viper,Python ,Avital Automate (which is a dear version )and if you are having problems finding one I can get you any model you want.Been installing for over 25 years and i wont touch a audiovox alarm or remote start. When i do a car i don't wont to see it again unless they are getting something else .Time is money.By the way you want to have a remote start using your factory fob right.Check the range on your fob first.Make sure that it is good enough that it will work from your house to where the car is parked other wise get it with a remote. It shouldn't matter in price because its the same unit that's going in your car. Instead of giving you the remotes they add a relay to turn the lock actuator positive pulse to a ground pulse to activate the remote start
