JDM seats aka no stitching DIY
Ok I've looked around and it seems that no one wants to touch a DIY on how to take the embroidery off the seats. Most people get the "cut all the leather out and replace it" or "take the seat out and get another one." Well I don't have the money for that at the moment so I took a razor blade and carefully cut into the stitches and was able to get them off.
What's left are small holes that make the out line of the Infiniti emblem and the lettering I'm still in the process if taking my passengers seats stitching off because I can only do this for like 30 mins a day then have to move on with other demands of the day but the drivers seat was done in about a little more than an hour. And that's mostly because I wanted to make sure I got every single thread.
After the thread is out I was told by one of my friends that works at west coast customs to use one if those cloth steamers because it heats up the leather enough to where you can just blend it all together with your finger. Ill post pictures and give more info as I move along on this

During stitching removal
After stitching is removed

If you wanted to do this mod properly this would be the end result (this is dahkyne's Sedan - Sedan seats with upper panel replaced and Coupe headrests)
Its actually not hard to do on black interiors, you just need the leather replaced by an upholstery shop. Much tougher for those of us with Stone or Wheat interior since the leather you get from an upholstery shop likely wouldn't match.
