Bosch Marathon Wipers

Has anyone else had issues with the Bosch Marathon wiper blades? I have no problem with the passenger side, but the driver side barely clears water when sitting still and leaves an untouched spot about the size of a football right in my line of sight. I already swapped jt with a new one and had the same problem. Bosch blamed it on a problem with my car.

What do you guys think? $15 blade doesn't work. $3 blade works perfect.

I did a little searching and the Marathon product looks like a Walmart-only product. Not sure if it is a re-branded Icon or a totally different product.

I may just return them both and go back to the cheap ANCO blades. The Bosch service guy did tell me that the old-style blades distribute pressure more evenly than the new style.

I'll have to check that. The tension from the arm appears to be fine. That's what the Bosch rep blamed it on since two wipers failed on the same side. Not sure I believe that.

idk wat style wiper u got but i installed the newer "fin" type wipers and the driver was getting caught under the wiper are becus the fin was a too high so i had to slice it off. so half the wiper doesnt have the fin but u dont see it anyway becus it sits under the wiper arm when its in the off position. its rubber so easy to razor off

So it looks like the problem is like saywat? suggested. The entire blade flexes so much that the entire blade hits each side of the arm (since it is tucked inside the arm). I'm going to get out a razor blade and start hacking. If it doesn't work, I'm back to the cheap wipers.
