nitrous on my sedan

nitrous on my sedan

Looking into getting nitrous but knw little about it or what I need to do to prevent damage..I have already installed intake, plenum, hypertech, borla and high flow cats..im looking at 75 shot max...and suggestions?

Personally, if I did not know the answer to this question, I would probably defer the installation of Nitrous on my car. Just saying.

Thats why I posted the thread to get answers and to learn lil more about it and what needs to be done to my car to prevent damage..

OP, do you plan on tracking your car? Running nitrous on the street is retarded IMO.

I run in 1/8 track and street....sedans in my opinion are better looking than the coupe thats why I bought one and they are lighter...ive read up a lil about nos systems but still looking for opinions from people running it

I ran nitrous on my sedan i had a thread of my install on here i ran a 75 wet then went to 100 wet and made pretty good power

depending on mileage and previous abuse on the motor you will have to be realistic in the shot you use otherwise two or three uses will grenade the motor, so askk yourself if less than a 100shot is worth it since you really dont even feel anything less than a 75 shot..... The amount of money that goes into it your better off building an N/A set up. Factory intake is best, Plenum spacer, Mrev2 (if you feel it necessary), Cams, Headers, Test Pipes or HFC, a good Y-pipe, and a Ypipe back exhaust. Good reliable power without risking destroying the car. More money but its worth it. Leave nitrous for F&F movies lolz

Yea im debating real hard about it...I would only use it at the track ive already got all bolt ons tht I knw of the only thing I left is up rev tuning....is there anything else you could recommend that would help in 1/8....maybe gears??...im just trying to get what I can before I have to go turbo

O I have 120, 000 and I dont baby it lol....but I do up keep the car great
