I have a 4dr with tint from the dealership and it looks classy and not too dark. I believe that the dealer put 35% tint all around my windows. I live in CA-(LA) and "legally", u cannot have tint on the front 2 windows at all. I have 35% on the front, but I see G coupes and other 2 doors with insane tint-(like dark as hell). Are the two side windows on the coupe counted as front windows. If so, then how do so many of them have dark tint with no problems?

 

All with tint on the front windows might get a fix it ticket. You have to provide a medical exception from a doctor to have them on legaly. It depends were you live and drive. Some cops are very strict and some let it go.

 

Only windows that are illegal are the ones on the front doors.... any windows behind the doors are legal to tint. So the little windows on the side of the coupe are legal to tint
