...bumpy ride

Hey, weird issue had started occurring on my 2003 G35....

I haven't used my G35 in a while, but I started the engine up at least once a week. Note, this is during the winter (now). So, I took the car out for a spin today and noticed it was super bumpy. It's as if there's a 1/4-1/2 inch rock stuck on the tread of the tires. When you drive, the car would "bump" up and down. I noticed it a lot more when I had stuff in the side pockets of the doors since it would make so much noise.

I've checked the tires to see if there was anything wrong with them and they seem perfectly fine.

I've also checked out the following thread https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...-40-60mph.html and I will be taking a look at my calipers this weekend. Are there any other things I should look at? I'm tight on time as I'm at work all day and when I'm off work, it's pitch black out .

The thing is, after you drive it for a good 10 minutes, the "bump" goes away and returns some random time afterwards. It's almost 100% that it is there waiting for me every time I turn off the car and turn it back on.

If anyone can assist me in this, that would be so great. Thanks....

When you park your car and dont move it you develop flat spots in the tires. I am not sure if they will go away by driving or if you have to buy new tires. I am pretty sure it is the latter.

Once it warms up and you put a few miles on, it will likely go away if it is indeed tire flat spots. It would be logical to assume that it is, IMO.

You may also have a rear caliper sticking as well
