4300k is for max output. Anything above that is for looks.

I was gonna buy the 6000k from the Diode dynamics link above.
Most people won't notice the difference.

From a biological standpoint, the human eye would see better with a 4300K light, vs a 6000K light assuming the same light output.

Our eyes just don't see blue that well, that's why why you get up to 8K, 10K or 12K bulbs, then look very dim.

We see yellows and reds pretty well though, which is why those colors appear bright to us. Natural sunlight is around 3000-5000K, so a bulb in that range actually works best for our eyes.

Now all that aside, back to my original sentence....most people won't notice a difference, especially if yo live in a city with lots of lighting around.

As I mentioned previously, our scale is much whiter than many of our competitors as we focus more on the usable light output aspect of HIDs.

Our 8000K is not the same as our competitor's 8000K.

You will sacrifice a small amount of usable output going from 4300K to 6000K, but it's not going to make a noticeable difference.

Regardless, our bulbs are backed with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so if you don't like them and want to switch, we will send another set with a return shipping label.
