11 Years Later... Highest Mileage G35 in the Planet?
Oh for sure!!! I believe that 100%. These engines seem to last forever as long as you take good care of it and make sure to do your oil changes on time with some solid Mobile 1 fully synthetic goodness haha. 06 coupes with the 6-speed tranny come with the Rev Up engine and if that's the case they come off the lot pushing 298HP at 6,400RPM. Fun little cars to mess around with and play with. There is no doubt about that. The best part is that over the years there has been so many different aftermarket parts that you can get for this car that you can really have some fun building it and getting some solid performance out of it too. I'm saving right now for my stroker kit to bump up from a 3.5 to a 4.2 and then going for a Vortex Supercharger next after that. It's going to be some really good fun!!!
This is all great to hear!! I bought my 05 G35 sedan 6spd a couple months ago with a little over 200k, and already drove from Jersey to Florida and back, and so much more.. Slowly fixing the little things that weren't done prior to my getting her. Luckily, she was taken on as a project car by the guy I bought her from. So he took care of quite a few sensors, throttle body and other little things. I love my G and get TONS of compliments! Need to start saving for a rebuild, although I'm not sure if I'm going to boost her or stay N/A.
Over 293 k by June 2021
Hitting 293k on my 03 G35 sedan by June 2021. Still going strong and will have no qualm driving it to Canada and Back. That is only about 2500 mi. It feels like it can go farther more, but of course I can see some cracks on its leather seats. This is a reason why I have certain loyalty to it. Together, we have navigated the whole western states.
