Hello community. Ive been an owner of an 03 g35 sedan for about 5 years. Just recently bought another 2004 g35 sedan 6 speed with just under 100k miles. So ive reserched issues for the trunk release and trunk light not functioning and have checked glove box switch, blown fuses in all three fuse box areas. I have also checked for cracked wires in the harness that goes from trunk to body and still no luck. The only other thing i read here is that if the glove box switch was disconnected and never reconnected the trunk wont work at all is this true? Also took the trunk release module off my 03 working trunk and swapped just to make sure but nope nothing. If anyone could help with this it would be very much appreciated thanks!

 

Searched the harness again n found all wires but one had been snapped in half. Rewired them n taped off with electic tape n vua laa! Trunk light n trunk release are working!
