Dash cluster rpm lights dim

why are my dash lights on my cluster on my 03 infiniti g35 dim. The right side of the cluster is dimmer than the left. any ideas on howto fix this?

you need a new gauge cluster

or if you are the handy sort of type you can take it apart and solder in led.

This used to happen on my Tacoma. All I did was smack the plastic cover in front if the cluster a few times and it was bak to normal. May not be that easy tho
