For the 05 Sedan folks

Have they improved the brakes whatsoever (my 04 coupe used to have just tons of brake dust on the wheels, constantly)?

Alex, I have not noticed an abnormal amount on my rims yet on my 05, I have only 2,400 miles on it so far. I think it is no worse than other cars I have owned.

I only have 950 miles on my g35x. Didn't really notice much brake dust. It was kinda dirty but was easily clean off.

Excellent to hear. My coupe was really really really poor when it came to dusting, and so far (hehe), since last night, I've put on about 115 miles driving the G around town, and as I certainly hope it stays this way, no brake dust to speak of!!!

Alex,

My MB's are horrible with (well-known and well-documented) brake dust problem. I have my 'x' for two months/900miles now and I don't see a brake dust problem.

Am pleasantly surprised by the minimal brake dust buildup!

Almost scary how little brake dust I have noticed. Amazing difference between this car and my previous 330. The brakes seem plenty strong too, though I fortunately have not needed to do any panic stops.

Agreed... I haven't seen much dust on my 05. Then again.. I wash it every few days.

Agree, the wheels seem pretty clean for only washing the car twice in 2,500 miles.
