2005 6MT Sedan w/ Mods
Hey everyone,
I finished up a another car here at the dealer. It's one of the new 06 6MT cars. Obsidian black/graphite interior and it's pretty much the base model sedan. Has splash guards and a few other little things, but nothing big like the premium package, navigation, etc.... A set of Tein S-tech springs, Injen CAI and Borla Exhaust have been installed on the car. It's riding on a set of 19x8.5" / 19x9.5" Volk GT-C's in mercury silver w/ a set of wider, stickier tires.
Those tire marks were there before. this is a lot that many local dealers use for test drives/testing and whatnot.... Our tires still have the ***** on them.
Anyways, please let me know what you think about the car!
BTW, this is a new car in our dealer inventory and it's for sale, if any of you really like it....
Thanks!

Those splash guards are available, they're not listed in an accessory guide by Nissan yet, but I know they're out there, as we've bought a few sets for dealer cars in the new 05 colors... I'll check on it on Monday when I get back into the office.
If you want lightweight wheels, I'd look at something like the TE37's, CE28's or SE37K's by Volk, they're all very light for the size. On a coupe we built up I put those nismo wheels on the car and they were VERY light too, but not in a good offset for a sedan...
I believe those are +43 front and +37 rear. They fit fine with the 265 rear tires and give it a nice staggered look. If you have the option, I'd probabyy get a slightly different offset in back, something like +42-45 or so, as with the +37 there's more room for tire on the inside and it's close to the fender on the outside of the tire, but it doesn't rub, even with the s-techs on there.
No sound clips yet, but there's a local dyno day coming up, and i'll try and get some clips of various cars then.

Since you asked.
The car looks ok.
The front rims need a different offset since it doesn't look good as inset as they are especially compared to the back. ore time should have been spent on the proper offset especially with a staggered set up. They should have got a 6spd if they wanted performance since the CAI and Borla are a waste of money. The S-Techs are a very rough ride especially with 19's to the point of a back breaking experience on certain bumps. They aren't very practical for a daily driver. What type of struts did you upgrade to? Did you cut the bump stops as well? Looks good in certain pictures though.

also, front camber kit for the front soon? new owner would probably be upset to see inner tire wearing out alot faster......unless they're into taking corners hard........19" tires aren't cheap, unless money is no object of course..
Looks good.
Say, the dealer will install various parts under warranty? So if I wanted Tein Coilovers, tint, and an intake they would install them all at the dealership or is this just the dealership you work at?

I think this car has been done very well...
For you to say S-techs are not uncomfortable is pretty crazy especially if you have more that 1 other person in the car. Car looks ok but could have been done better (and more practical) for less money.
