Key Code
If you're talking about the physical key inside the fob there is a tiny metal tag that came with the original set of keys which has the code on it, maybe 4 or 5 numbers (I can't remember). Presumably if you had that number you could order a precut key. But I'm not sure.
Only way is through the dealer. I doubt they would give you this info over the phone otherwise I'd just walk up to the nearest Porsche 911 I see and grab the vin and ask a Porsche Dealer.
Call up a dealer and ask, but more than likely you will have to take a ride to the dealer.

I got it from Grubbs Infiniti by faxing proof I was the ownering of the car. However, I thought by taking out the chip out of my other key and putting in my new key that the key will be able to start the car but it doesn't. Can you not use the old chip with the new key?
