Pimp My Ride

I took my car into the shop to fix the bumpers and theyre telling me my car isn't stock white and that they'll have to paint the whole car. Instead of getting an OEM White I want to get a dark grey color, since my car is already blacked out (lights, rims, grill) I think it would look good. Also I have a pair of Akebono calipers being spray painted Brembo Gold that I think would look good on a blacked out car. Anyways here are the before pics, let me know what you guys think. And if you know where I can get black side markers id appreciate that as well.

Car looks like two toned, who ever painted it either didn't care about matching & used whatever white they had in hand or was paint code illiterate. I would just respray some type of white but thats me.

I guess I never noticed lol, anyways I'm trying to go for a different color, kind of tired of white, so I guess it's a blessing in disguise

Not gonna lie that gave me a good laugh , I'm basically asking if you guys think I should go with it or if you have a different color scheme that might look better

Gray would look good but I'd spend some time looking over the paint chip book for a certain type of gray you would like.

You realize they are most likely painting the exterior only. Door jambs engine bay and trunk will still be white. When you open the doors or hood it will look crappy. I would go back to stock white and paint the roof black for a custom look and to tie in with your current theme.

Lose the blacked out chit-looks cheap Shoot for a more creative color-especially not an almost OEM color. With the money youre spending on the paint job why not go for something unique

But like mentioned above, door jams gotta get painted and done right as well..
