Something weird just happened (Electrical)

So this evening I went to the park for 30minutes to jog. After doing so I turn on car and started to drive home. All of a sudden my front lights turned off and my dashboard lights. It only turned off for about 1-3 seconds I can't remember exactly. The engine did not die or felt like it was going to stall during that 1-3 second period. The lights just turned back on and everything was fine drove home safely. I think I also notice all the needles on the dashboard started to go back up when the lights turned back on so I am assuming all the needles died also throughout that 1-3 seconds(But I can't confirm this exactly because it happened so quick).

Going to check out the battery terminals first make sure they are clean and tight. Because when I bought it the ex-owner took off the terminals to re-install the radio amps.

Most likely a bad battery terminal connection or a bad ground somewhere else.

I havent bothered with it since it has not happened since. To be honest I think my knee just accidently swiped the dashboard dimmer scroll button.

Ok so it happened again. Its extremely random.

What happens is my dash cluster light randomly turns off. When this happens the needles for RPM, MPH etc also dies. But it only happens for few seconds.
