My ride is getting really ruff. I can literally feel every bump probably because I am running on 20's. This should cure that right?

Well if your on 20's (depending on the size of the tires) the coil overs may help or may not.
I went with 19's on my sedan (w/coupe oem rays). It allowed me to run tires up front that where the same size as in the rear (245/40-19 all around). Before when I had 225/40-19 up front (stock size) it was horrible with bumps so I can just image how rough 20's could be.
It really comes down to tire size I believe and matching the coil over set up.

Agreed! But most people I know with coilovers end up putting them in track mode 24/7. Lol
