Parasitic Draw BCM Fuse
How do I troubleshoot the BCM circuit, I have a haynes manual but I don't know where any of these wires are, I understand the circuit diagrams but don't know there physical locations, is there a better solution?
First and foremost, I looked online and couldn't find anything that seem to be of any help with my problem I am having.
My problem - I am noticing a draw of about 0.13A on my battery after I wait and ensure everything is off. This essentially will kill my fully charged battery (several new batteries) in less than a week.
Troubleshooting - I pulled the neg cable, connected an ammeter in series with the neg term and neg cable and started pulling fuses 1 by 1. I found some goofy L shaped fuse in 1 of the 2 fuse boxes next to my battery. This L shaped (female) fuse has 3 fuses (50A BCM, 30A ETS, 40A RAD FAN) The ETS appears to be not in use as the male portion doesn't exist.
Narrowing down the circuit - I connected the battery, with the fuse pulled I applied my ammeter to the 2 circuits available where the fuse use to be. I found that the BCM was drawing 0.08A, this is my culprit.
Checked simple solutions - I looked to see what this controlled and it appears to be everything that isn't needed for the car to run (lights, windshield wipers, turn signals, etc.) I checked everything to make sure nothing was left on (glove box, trunk light, etc.). I found nothing left on.
Not sure what to do next - I am driving without the fuse but that means I can't drive in the rain, at night, and many other annoyances. I am hoping someone can tell me which wires going to the BCM board should have power and which ones shouldn't maybe this will help me narrow down the circuit.

I don't have any experience dealing with the BCM module, but perhaps I can offer a workaround in the event you aren't able to find a proper solution.
If this were my car, I would probably just use a 50A relay to switch the BCM off when the car is off. Something like this would work:
You would need to put the BCM fuse back in, and wire pins 30 and 87 (the switch part of the relay) in series with the fuse. Wire the relay coils (pins 85 and 86) to something that gets switched when the key is in (e.g. cigarette lighter). In this manner, whatever you hook up to the coil (pins 85/86) will close the switch in the relay (pins 30/87), which then allows power to go to the PCM.

@sumptimwong, (awesome name btw) for clarity the BCM is the Body Control Module and I just noticed that it has caused a P1065 code which I believe is because the ECM is losing it's memory and cycling?.? Therefore, it maybe semi important to find a permanent fix. However, if I can not, your suggestion is very helpful, I kept thinking of using a toggle switch. A relay is a much better idea.
