2004 sedan lose of power and shaking on interstate
You said the shop replaced spark plugs and coils no? If so, why do it again.
Also, i wouldn't blindly replace fuel injectors as they are $50-100 each depending on brand (from rockauto.com)
You really need to troubleshoot this otherwise you can throw $300-500 in parts at the car, and then find out you have a blown headgasket between the two cylinders in question.
Also, there is no reason to remove your cats. They are not the issue. They are only glowing because you are running VERY lean from having 2 of 3 cylinders on one side not firing.

How many miles are on the other plugs? When was the last time they were changed? Or at 170K are they priginal?
P0300 is a general misfire code, so it's possible the plugs are all crap and need to be replaced anyway. I'd probably start here and at least inspect the plugs as well.
If you start the engine and still have misfire codes, next step would be to check the injectors. First thing i'd do is measure the resistance of each injectors coil. In spec would be 11 - 14.5 Ohms of resistance. If an injector is bad you will get an Open signal and that's a sign to replace that injector.

What spark plugs are recommended? Are they pre gapped? I'm going to install new ones asap. Also, to test the Injectors.. I have to take off the intake and unplug the injector than use a multimeter? I'm gonna try to avoid the shops and try this on my own to avoid a big payday for them.. And learn a few things in the process
UPDATE
Finally got around to working on the car. Had the catalyic converters checked, one was clogged and the other had nothing in it from all the miles of running like sh*t! So I had some test pipes installed. That was the most reasonable thing I could do at the time. Not sold on the sound or the rasp.. Changed the spark plugs, notices oil on them and found and replaced a burned out ignition coil on the passenger side. Noticed some oil on the valve covers also. Drove it about 40 miles, runs good, no skips or cel yet! Thanks for the help

One of your coil packs might be loose. Did you gap the plugs?
