p0102 help

Ok, scratch the old thread, all i know is this is getting on my nerves, freaking "infiniti specialists" that have been working on these for 20 years cant help me. I am on my own.

MAF has been cleaned (looked new anyway)
car runs perfect until it goes into limp mode )vdc cel slip)
all tubing is good
no vacuum leaks
stock airbox
wiring harness appears to be ok
the "infiniti specialists" did hook it up and said everything was fine( fuel trims etc)

I love this car! but I am about to get rid of the son of a bitch if I cant figure out this stupid problem.

any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thought it happened just in the rain, but it has been raining for two days and nothing until last night, only difference was it is cold as *****, about 17 degrees fahrenheit where as it was warmer the other days

had to deal with similar issue, my maf looked new and had 80k miles on it but its still fubar, replaced it with one from my other g that has 180k and works perfectly. call nissan, new maf was 260. trust me it may look perfectly clean and new but still be broken inside

edit this was the reason i got my car cheap, the guy selling it had no idea what to do, and said the car sometimes got a check engine light and stuttered and sometimes ran perfect
