I hope this is the right area to post.. If not forgive me im new..

I have a 2003 g35 sedan that i replaced the window motor with a new one on the front right door and i did the reset procedure and it worked great.. Put the window up and down a few times to test it.. Put it all back together.. Later in the day try to put the window down and nothing.. Doesnt work.. I could hear the switch clicking ..Can Anybody could help me solve this headache??.. Ive searched but everyone else they are able to replace it and be done with it.

ALSO on the drivers window every time i put the window up it comes down a third even after i did the reset procedure on it .. any tips on that??
