Coupe springs on 06 g35x.
I think it would lower the X one inch (? Someone correct me if I'm wrong), so you should be fine, but it may shorten the life slightly. When its time for new shocks tho, I'd go with coupe shocks.
So i dont need the coupe struts?
All G35s need aftermarket camber adjustment, especially when lowered. Idgaf what anyone else tells you. And if you are lowered, you'll also need eccentric toe bolts in the rear.
You can reuse your original struts with the coupe springs. Coupe struts will not work on an X - the design is different at the bottom and you would not be able to bolt the bracket on that goes around the axle shafts onto a coupe strut. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about -

FYI, I put coupe springs on the front of my X, and it did drop it about an inch. I left the OG springs in the rear so the fender gap is equal from front to rear. Here's how she sits now.
