Living in SoCal I change my AT fluid once a year. I have my differential fluid changed every 30K miles with AMSOIL synthetic gear oil. Notice a difference, no but I know synthetic fluids run cooler and that has to be good for SLICK'S differential gears!

I use Mobil 1 for the differentials and transfer case, and the OEM fluid for the trans.
I changed the diff fluid at 50K and 150K with Mobil 1 75W-140.
I changed the transfer case fluid at 50K and 150K with Mobil 1 ATF
Trans fluid I do every 30-40K with OEM fluid. Just a 4 qt drain/fill

I've done it all fluids twice and about to do it a 3rd time once i hit 100k. 40k when i got the car, looked like owner before me did his 30k but didn't risk it.,75k and 100k.
front and rear diffs are mobil1 75w90 both times
T-case was D4 redline and 2nd time was Castrol import ATF
AT... bought 10qt of matic J or K w/e spec is. Put that in.
PS fluid was flushed with left over MATIC j/k
OEM coolant flush will be done at 100k.
STUFF IS EASY TO GO. Front diff is a little harder to get to. TONS of shavings in that DIFF the 2nd time i changed the fluid.

Interesting.
I did mine at 50K and 150K and when I changed both diffs again at 150K (after 100K miles of driving) they were both cleaner than when I did it at 50K. Fluid was still pretty clear and not much on the magnets.

did my dif. at 100,000 miles and the fluid had the same color a the new fluid.
now at 250,000, will do it again when it cools down a little.
Transmission did not see any new fluid until (drain and refill only) 80,000, than again at 130,000 and again at 200,000...
that is it. The tranny still works great , no issues.
