Nothing fancy. Changed oil & filter. I always run synthetic oil. It took me longer to remove and reinstall the plastic shield underneath the car than it did to change the oil. I enjoy doing that kind of stuff.

What did you do to the G Sedan today?

Gonna trade my oem 18x8 350z wheels for some black 18in split spoke. The tires are kind of low on tread but I think they look alot better than the 350z wheels.

My clear corners came in today. It took a week to get here(ordered last tuesday and came this tuesday) which is awesome considering it had to cross the canadian border and go through that process too.

Are they oem quality? probably not, but they also were only like $35cdn after shipping and conversion so who cares. anyways, I'll be installing them later today but here's what you get.

LH/RH clear corners, white LED bulbs and Amber incandescent bulbs(this was unexpected and I'll be running these)

The amber bulbs weren't in the listing for sure so I'm not sure why I got them. Mine was also packed with a sheet from a bay area newspaper...so...yay extra goodies? lol

Shipping was $5 to canada too. Not bad. It will probably take longer to get to you though since you're in the east. Our dollar was stronger last week, I think I bought it when the conversion was just over 1.25. So you'll be paying more now unfortunately. But still a good deal.

That was the easiest install ever.

I know most people don't like the amber but I actually like the little bit of colour it gives. Also having Studebaker that don't have amber is illegal here and less attention from cops is good.

I finally got my slotted and drilled rotors, for a long overdue brake job. They also have the black anti rust coating that looks so much better than the uncoated rotors.
Below were my old brakes, that have been on the car since I purchased it, almost 40,000km's ago.

After new rotors pads

Also did the 350Z suspension swap on the front end while I was at it. I'm doing the rear later this week.

Before swap:

Nice bro! Looks super clean. Question, how does the ride feel with 350z Suspension in the front and stock in the back? I'm asking because I have the 350z struts and springs for the front but I'm waiting to find a deal on the G coupe Suspension in the back?

It feels quite balanced honestly! I haven't pushed the car hard yet because I need to roll my rear quarters but it definitely doesn't feel sketchy or unbalanced. The 350Z swap dropped my front end about 1.5inches and the ride is definitely stiffer but it feels fantastic. I highly recommend the swap thus far, however like I said I have yet to push the car at its limits, so I can't speak to that.

Cool man. Thanks a lot. I might have to install the z suspension then while I wait for the G coupe Suspension
