B-Pillar Popping/Rattling

05 Sedan owners, anyone experience a popping or rattling from the b-pillar when driving over reflectors or other bumps? Anyone fix it? Thanks.

B-Pillar is where the front seat belts are attached; next to the driver's head.

I have an 04 sedan. There is a service bulletin about the B pillar for the 03 or 03.5 models. I have had a B piller rattle and a window frame rattle. The dealer did not hear the B pillar noise and claimed these were factory fixed for the 04 model year. However, he still performed the service for the b pillar and I have not heard the rattle again. He however did nothing for the window frame noise around the drivers side window near the top and everynow and again, I heait when hitting a bump or turning. I think a bulletin also existed for the window rattle problem. Will try another dealer for the repair.

No what you mean, it sounds like a gun shot!

Dealer did not fix because he could not recreate. Happens about once a month backing out of the driveway.

If it happens again, gonna have them fix it no matter what. My heart can't take that much more!

Happens all the time for me and I think it's the seals around the windows... Stops when I have the windows down. I think it's time to treat my seals with some gummi-flege
