Rust forming on b-pillar trim
Was at my parents' house this weekend and offered to wash my dad's 2003 sedan. At first I thought it was just tree sap or bird droppings, but I discovered rust on the B-pillar trim piece (the black glossy one). The specific piece is on the rear driver's side door, though there's a very tiny area of similar corrosion on the other side of the car too.
How involved is it to remove and replace this part? I checked out the exploded diagrams and it would seem this is part of the outer shell and not really an "easy" replacement.

B pillar rust
Hi,
I have this problem as well. Here is the other thread that has already started on this topic. I just posted to that thread with my rust pics and am looking for a resolution in Canada (Toronto area).
