HID or LED kit fog/high beam???
I have a 2005 G35x sedan and I'm looking to upgrade the lighting of my fog/high beam which is currently a halogen bulb (9003/H4) ,low beam is factory HID. I was looking to maybe just doing a LED bulb but not having any luck. I have found HID kit from mori moto to do a HID conversion , a little expensive but that's looking like my best bet. Looking for some opinions or recommendions or if anybody has done it. Thanks!

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

Plenty of people have experimented with this issue. Head over to the Lighting sub-forum and do a quick search, I think you'll find what you need.
Will do! Thanks!

Would you be able to post a link?
I would NOT put HID in the fog light/high beam area. The issue is that the fog light stock run one filament for Fog lights (these sorta blind people in front of you) and both filaments when the high beam is on.
If you want to put in a light that gives you more output (HID) then go with an Acme Mini H1 projector from the retrofit source. Those look great and would function very well in that housing.
Plug and play LED headlight bulbs are simply do NOT work in a halogen housing for same reason HID headlight reflector upgrades do not work in a stock reflector housing. They shine the light in all the wrong places.
If you are going to want to be cheap, buy a bulb with a film cover on it to mimic the light output of an HID color.

Okay thanks for the awesome opinion an recommendations. So these the projectors you had mentioned..

And that being said I could do an HID setup with those projectors an they would target the light where it should be.
What projectors would you recommend for the lows??

I used to have an '05 sedan and the output was very focused for an HID reflector. If you don't want to spend the money, you can leave that as is.
If you have more questions about the kit, give TRS a call. As far as baking open the headlights, stick to what others say. I usually do 225* for 8 min and my lights just open right up.
Feel free to PM me with any questions I do retrofits on the side and don't mind answering questions.

Going to share a different opinion
I've been running a high/low switchable bulb in my fogs for almost 10 years.
These bulbs have a light shield which prevents blinding others in fog mode and then the shield flips up for full light in high beam mode.
Never had a complaint and the 3000 temp is great for crappy weather conditions.
