2006 Infinity G35 engine shuts down while running

Last week Friday my car won’t start in the morning after I parked it the previous evening and I did not keep any lights on for sure. However in the morning when it won’t start I had to jump the car and it ran fine for a day. Today after 3 days (I didn’t drive that car in the weekend) I drove 15 miles to work but while coming back the car all of a sudden started losing power and eventually stopped on the highway with the Brake, oil and battery light on. I would crank it up but it would just die after a brief start. So I get the car towed and once it’s towed home, I try to start the engine and it starts just fine. Any idea what all could be wrong with. Battery is 3yrs old and just changes engine oil /filters about a month back.

Could be a weak alternator or bad ground.

Or a bad battery. These cars are very picky when it comes to electronics........

I second the battery, do you have a volt meter to check the battery?
