What do you mean by "... the one under my dash..."? The IPDM is under the hood mounted on the firewall near the battery. Are you talking about the BCM which is mounted under the glovebox near your passenger's right leg? You would know your IPDM was bad if a whole bunch of major things stopped working: like no start, or no headlights, tail lights, wipers, etc... What has stopped working?
