Mods and Troubles

Yesterday installed plenum spacer and new larger 75mm TB. Today not even 24 hours later ses light code P0507-High idle speed control. Did the off on pedal dance and tried the other relearn tactics light was off for about 3 hours and now it's back on. Suggestions comments ideas what to do about this??

Probably a vacuum leak. Which of the pedal dances did you do exactly, you should have performed three, throttle closed, idle air, and ECU reset.

I did all three of them. I hope it's not a vacuum leak. That would suck. Nothing that I can see or find is obviously wrong with the install and I got new gaskets and everything all ordered from Z1 Motorsports.

And you're sure you didn't pinch a little bit of the oil fill neck?

^Been there. If your engine is screaming like the souls of the damned, that's the culprit right there.

But yeah, probably a vacuum leak.

Sometimes it's just BAAAAAARELY pinched and you don't even hear it over the normal engine noise but it will definitely screw the A/F and idle.

Checking

Thank you for the input and replies on this. I will check again tomorrow but I didn't see anything pinched in however I will check again. I dont hear it "screaming" it's idle is at 750-900 runs great no stalling etc. Great response time for throttle and everything else seems good.
