I need help steering issue

so I’ve been having a steering issue and it’s driving me crazy!! I always feel Any steering wheel clunking going up a speed bump or after hitting a pot hole.i currently have coilovers on my car and it’s pretty low but I changed everything suspension wise.i changed my ball joints, tie rods, rack and pinion and control arms and i don’t know what do anymore 🤧 keep in mind I live in Chicago and we got some nasty pothole here.my mechanic noticed one my rear lower control arms were bent but I doubt that’s the problem as the noise is coming from the front driver side when turning left.if anyone has the soulution please help me thank you

You said you changed "everything", but I didn't see compression rods listed. That fixed my low speed clunking.
