Has anyone here done it, have a few questions.

So i pulled the passenger rear wheel off. Plastic cover had like 4 push clips. Pulled it off and saw they rusty mess. I think this is the reason i have a EVAP leak. The filler neck looks completely rusted to Sxxx. Looks like a few bolts but i dont know how it connects to the actual gas tank.

I kinda stopped there because i dont want to get too far ahead.
