Not sure about the fitment, but just a heads up that Sport Edition Rims are not OEM for the 370z. It sounds like the person selling them to you bought a wheel/tire set from tire rack. That being said, you can probably find the exact rim on tire rack and see if it will fit for you.
Something else to keep in mind is that blizzaks generally only perform well for the first 50% of tread wear. After that most of the rubber compound that makes them so good has worn off. Used blizzaks are a dime a dozen near me for this reason.
