Z1 single exit exhaust on a g35 sedan?

so I bought a z1 single exit exhaust that comes with the mid pipe and muffler the one that retails for $598 and I’m wondering if it will fit a 03 sedan.I believe you need to add a 16 in extension but I’m not sure and I also wanted to ask if any muffler shop can do the job ?

8" extension I think should do you fine as the Z is 8" shorter by wheelbase.

yea unfortunately that does not apply to my area 😡 went to three muffler shops and they all told me the same that they had no clue how the mid pipe was going fit.I had explained to them how it needed an extension and they still didn’t want to risk it.oh well selling this exhaust and going straight pipes then 😪 what a waste.

nvm I found a shop but they had to basically weld the whole exhaust together smh they even welded my y pipe to my cats so there goes my chance to get test pipes

I had a 350z motordyne exhaust and they did was cut the y pipe and extend it from the center
the straight tube beforr it splits

Then I sold It and got the actual tdx2 for my car
