AC compressor failure?

So I have been having an ongoing issue with my car's AC system. It is a 2004 Sedan and while monitoring the AC clutch after a new thermostat install, when it engages, the belt begins to shake and the clutch spins on and off. The AC wont stay on for long and shuts off after a few seconds and begins blowing warm air. Is this an AC clutch issue or a compressor issue? Thanks everyone.
VIdeo of it is below. Smoke is from coolant that dripped during thermostat replacement.
