Sedan owners, can we get a suspension guide together
Nismo Type S Sedan/Coupe Suspension
Drops Car 1.18" front and rear
Nismo Sway bars
Stillen Rear Camber Kit
Car Handles and rides like my stock 350ZR did before I modified it... Perfect Setup in my opinion, pretty much no body roll and the car handles like its driving on rails... and I still have a comfortable ride...

Lowering and ride quality always concerms me. I had an 89 Maxima years back that was lowered with 17's, etc. The car rode like crap. It handled great though. I don't want to "ruin" my G by doing that. I'd like a lower stance without destroying ride quality. Let me know how yours comes out.
I have tein basics, just dropped my car off to get the rear camber kit installed, once i pick it up, i will add to this thread with what i got and how close they could get the alignment back to spec.
I could lower my car a little bit more without any rubbing issues [probably another 1/4" or so]. But given that my wheel choice already drops me 1/2", I didn't want to have to deal with any more drop than what I thought was necessary to close my wheel well gap to a normal looking spacing.

2) 2003.5 Non sport sedan
3) All I have is Eibach Pro kits.
4) 19x8.5 front 19x9.5 rear 245/35/19 & 275/30/19 Toyo Tires
5) MOST IMPORTANT: YOUR FEEL....well for normal day to day driving I can't complain. I think it is as smooth and comfortable as you can get. But when i push it through corners I can feel that the suspension has its flaws and something should be done if I want to continue to push the car. Alignment is just out of spec for a sedan. -1.2 and -1.1 degrees of camber up front. My tires are wearing on the insides. I am looking for a better suspension set up. I love the drop and the ride when cruising.

note this is the day i lowered the car. A year later and 13k later the car looks like it is at least 1/4-1/2" lower than these pics above. sorry for the multiple posts

2004 A/T Sedan with Sports Package
Tein H-Tech
19x8.5" ADR Cyphers 245/35R19 Toyo Proxes-4's
The suspension felt wonderfully smooth, and unobtrusive. a little increase in understeer, that was easily corrected with hotchkis adjustables. the addition of the 35 series tire was little rough, but the plus side is, after all of this, i feel much more 'connected' with the car. it goes where i want to. hard to explain... feels great!! good for street use, taking it to the track when i get home later this month!!!

Thanks guys, keep them coming (by the way, I am amazed that all of the sedans I've seen on this site look amazing)....
By the way Jasperg, are you using H-Techs for the G35 sedan or did you do the 350z H-techs?
Thanks
Alex

Sorry. H-Tech's for G35 Sedan. Yes, alignment is barely in specs. I have had these for 6k now (1 year). I would welcome a little camber adjustment anyway. I drive aggresively. So it was never a concern of mine. But I have not experience abnormal tire wear.
Nismo S-tune suspension kit (shocks/springs/sways)
Enkei RPM2's 18x8 with a +35 offset front and rear wheels
Falken GRB-FK451 245/45/18 tires
Stoptech 13" brake kit on the front
Mostly stock other than this....
Thoughts: It is great. This setup would not be for everyone, as it is bumpy and a little stiff. I had pretty much the same setup on my previous car, a 350z. For the most part it is all the same parts, just different wheels/tires. The suspension works very well with the sedan. I would like to add some adjustable suspension components to adjust the alignment slightly better, but I have not had any problems with tire wear. I am also able to rotate my tires with this setup. It handles great, a lot like the Z, but still not quite the same steering feel. The Falken tires are a little loud as expected, with ok grip. I may go with a 40 next time, the 45's are a little big, and probably a different tire....
I will get some better pics (some with the rear valence in place, these are old), but here are a few....

1) Pictures
2) Info about the car: 03 Sedan
3) What type of suspension: HKS Hipermax LS
4) What size wheels/tires: RH Evolution J8, 19x8.5, +38mm / S-03's 245/40/19
5) MOST IMPORTANT: YOUR FEEL: Feel is tight, but not too stiff. Still a decent ride over all types of roads. Handling is improved, but body roll is still evident. Stillen sway bars is next on the list. I've never tracked my G.

should be know jran76 setup is using the Nismo Type S Suspension that was made for the 350z and not the one that is made for the coupe/sedan... Because of that he has a lower and stiffer ride...
If im wrong, let me know...
