Window won't roll up after reset?

So my first problem was that everytime I turn off my car with my windows down, as soon as the power cuts off the windows automatically roll up.

I tried to fix that by using the 10 second reset method on my passenger window first but after using the method, the window is now stuck in the down position..

Is that 10 second reset the same procedure as pressing the button on the window motor?

No it's not that.

"put ur window half way. then hold the switch up. when the window is completely up, continue holding the switch for 10 seconds then let go."

"2. With the door open, lift UP and HOLD the Window Switch until the Window is fully closed."

Hmm

I know these cars have a feature where u can hold the lock button on your remote and it will roll the windows up. Or u can use the key on the door lock and turn and hold the key in the lock position to raise the windows up. U can do the same thing in the unlock position to roll the windows down.

I would mess with those and make sure they are not stuck in a certain position, causing the windows to act up.

Holding the switch reset is only for the V36 platform. It does nothing on the V35, you need to hit the motor button.

You cannot roll the windows up with the remote. You can only roll them down. At least that is the case with my 2006 coupe, sport suspension and premium packages, intelligent key.

yeah it’s just annoying I try to fix the problem and then it just kills the motor or whatever. I bought a new one but now I’m going to have to put a trash bag over the window in the mean time. Do you think you needed the regulator?
