Cool another new guy

Hello all

I am a proud owner of a new 04 g35x TB fully loaded. I've had the car for just a little over 3 weeks and still working on breaking it in.

Only mod so far is 35% tint (legal in MA). No pics yet as we have not had any nice days in the Boston area.

Looking forward to enjoying my G, and learning a lot from these forums.

Hotnicks

Thanks for the welcome.
I tried dealing with several local dealers in the area Kelly, Quirk, Nashua, etc. But ended up getting the best deal at Inskip in RI. They gave me a better deal than the others, plus Navigation that the others didn't have.

Welcome to the site Hotnicks, I know you will love the handling, power and AWD capabilities of the X. We just love ours.

Thanks everyone

The only other thing I would like to modify is to get the 18" coupe wheels. I think they will really make my car stand out.

Hotnicks,
I'm sure you will enjoy your X, especially today. The NAV will take some playing with. There is a wealth of info on this site.
Enjoy

Hotnicks.....you may say that now (the only other thing you want to modify is the wheels)...first the wheels...then the z-tube & K&N filter.....and so on. I'm local to you (Tewksbury) and started w/ those 2 mods. Now I've ordered the clear side marker/blinkers, drilled aluminum pedals and the coupe mid-pipe. Enjoy the car!

Thanks everyone for the warn welcome.

This morning I got yet another chance to get better aquainted with the AWD system with the 7 inches of snow overnight. I notice that the VDC really controls what the car does. I tried several times to deliberately fish-tail the rear end on my way to work this morning to no avail.

It's nice to know you have a "protection" system for when you get yourself in trouble.
