Ok so my car has been dead for days. I just hooked it up to a battery charger and when I go to start I get no dash lights and the electronics sre going crazy...amazing.. alternating headlights, CD player ejecting repeatedly, no dash lights.. poltergeist

Well the ghost is gone with the battery good and charged, got it to start. It was idleing pretty rough, like the car is shaking, figure I'd let it warm up..about the time it gets to temp the idle drops to about 200 and it starts trying to die. I tried the relearns, think I did them properly..but it won't stay running now...any ideas?

Sounds like a misfire. I recommend checking that all your coil packs are plugged back in properly, my guess is that cylinders 3 or 5 didn't click in all the way as they have the least amount of clearance to get your hands in there.

That's what I thought initially. Last time I checked the plugs I switched 2 and it felt like that. This time I filled a diagram and checked the wire colors to be sure. I just noticed the diagram was for an 04 mines an 03..maybe the colors were different?
