2004 G35 first issue - oil leak

Well, I've owned the car for less than a week and I have my first issue. I noticed a couple of drops of oil under the car so I jacked it up and took a look. I had to remove the plastic covering, but there were a couple of drops of oil where the engine mounts up to the transmission (see pic). I wiped it clean (kinda) and checked the 3 bolts. One of the bigger bolts I tightened a little along with the smaller bolt in the middle. The other large bolt was tight. I doubt I'm that lucky to stop the leak.

Any suggestions from the experts?

Thanks in advance.

I have a OCD issue when it comes to leaks / drips. So my 2004 and 2005 G35x's both had leaks when I got them and I went over everything to make them leak free. The leak you have looks like the valve covers are slightly leaking. The other problem most have are the oil / water exchanger where your oil filter screws on has a seal that leaks on most cars. I have also heard of the cam sensor orings leaking but have never experienced it myself.

Cam sensor leak is common and leads to their failure (only buy OEM cam sensors and try to replace the sensor gasket as well).

Valve cover seals and spark plug seals also are a common leak. If they are leaking anywhere you can usually smell oil being burnt when it drips on the hot exhaust manifold.

Oil leaking from the location you pictured can also be the rear main seal which is common on any car with age and mileage.
