I hate to sound arrogant, but you dont need to hear a sound clip of the Stillen. It kicks ***, nuff said. It will NOT pass the wife test though. It is a performance exhaust and sounds like it. The low end torque and power is definite and proven. Go large or go home.

dude, i like your attitude, you sound like me but there s nothing wrong in listening to a freegin clip. there are plenty of clips of other exhaust but none os stillen. if i m gonna lay down almost a grand on a fckin exhaust i wanna hear it first. case closed

This weekend I'll have my nephew video tape my car going up and down the street, then video tape it from inside cruising around so u get an idea of what it sounds like in all conditions... I'll need someone to host it tho, since my server has limited bandwidth...

my HKS is twice as loud as the stillen or the borla.... and sound way better then either.
both Stillen and Borla are NO WHERE NEAR the quality of the HKS or Fujitsubo pipes

I have not seen a recent Stillen system. I probably got one of the first few made. But it is hard for me to imagine a more durable, well-built cat-back. The thing will last longer than the car. I have had it for 15 months and not a leak, or a buzz, or a rattle. If they have changed materials or contract manufacturers, maybe the quality has slipped. But mine is top-shelf. And it is my opinion as well that the X-Pipe is a superior scavenging setup than any Y-Pipe. The torque gains are there on every dyno I have seen. It is one of the few mods I have seen (short of FI or nitrous) where there is no question that gains have been produced.

I agree with Hyde. I have the whole fujitsubo system (exhaust, y-pipe). The quality and performance are EXCELLENT. Even our own moderator Ed Lin has it.

thats not that kind of build quality. the welding on any japanese made exhaust is already 10 times better then any american made ones.

i've seen quite a few stillen.... none of them were perfect fit. they were either crooked or something. HKS have a true dual system for the coupe/Z, Gabe have one and its probably the best quality true dual system on the market.

borla's quality is worst, leaking everywhere.
