There is a TSB about noisy wipers (quoted below). I had noisy wipers and just had the repair done. The noise is completely gone. The information is from Infiniti's technical publications web site (http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/infiniti/).

IF YOU CONFIRM: An applied vehicle shows the following symptom: · The windshield wipers skip and make a "judder" noise as they sweep across the windshield, ACTIONS: · Verify the incident noise as described. · Determine Vehicle's Applied VIN and Date. Complete Repair Procedure as noted: - Vehicles built AFTER Applied VIN and Date shown in this bulletin - Replace Wiper Blade Assemblies. - Vehicles built BEFORE Applied VIN and Date shown in this bulletin - Install Washer under WiperMotor Mount and Replace Wiper Blade Assemblies.
