5AT cold start rattle in drive and reverse (AFTER OEM CATS & Y-PIPE REMOVED)

Hello, before anyone flames me on not searching I have done my research but I think I found a new problem

So to start I'm low and smash my OEM cats sometimes, noticed a rattle after a bad smash. Cold starts, not in park. Only in drive or reverse, and slightly from accelerating from a stop (last part happens even when warm sometimes). So forum said bad heat shields. Well I had my ISR reso test pipes and Stillen y-pipe waiting for my cannon, and decided to install them already (from trusted shop)

I am still getting the same rattle from cold start while in drive or reverse. Being that there are no longer heatshields on any of my exhaust components (unless the 2004 sedan midpipe can rattle) I'm not sure what the cause is.

Could the new exhaust be breaking in? Just got work done yesterday. Is it something in the engine? A friend who an Infiniti tech said could be a suspension component? didnt see anything out of place from my inspection of feeling around and visually.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks (and yes i leak oil, but changed oil just a couple weeks ago and only noticed after a bad smash coming out of the infiniti lot for an alternator. could it be something from the alternator change?)

Check your oil level, as these cars tend to burn oil, not to mention you have a leak. These cars do not like to run low on oil!!!
If you are certain its exhaust related, you're best off taking a look under the car and seeing if anything is rubbing or hitting the exhaust piping. Check for exhaust leaks too.

Ill try, like I said the shop I went to was trusted. Changed my oil after the driveway smash and same sounds, but still Ill keep an eye on it (changing valve covers once they come in from Z1)

I did notice yesterday my lower control arm driver side is slightly off centered, passenger side looks good but bushing is probably sheit too. think i may replace those soon too, regardless of it fixing the rattle

Lastly my acceleration rattle seems to be going away, now mostly just the drive and reverse on cold starts.

Thanks for the help!
