Hey guys need some info but my g has 151000 miles on it ...is it too late to throw on an mrev2 and spacer because of the high miles ? ...and as for spacer is there any other kind I can get besides the motodyne 5/16 spacer ? Something cheaper is what I meant.....

I just installed new pluga and a MD plenum spacer on my 05 coupe non revup at 140K miles. It did make a noticeable difference.

U can go with the Blox plenum spacer if u want cheap.

I have 166k on my G, and just installed the MD plenum spacer (non-revup). Makes a big difference.
I sent an engine oil sample to Blackstone Labs to get it analyzed before I did any powertrain mods. They said the sample looked great and gave the engine a clean bill of health, so now I'm adding a few basic bolt ons. I actually added the factory revup airbox, as well as the Stillen Z-tube. These with a plenum spacer definitely improves engine responsiveness and power.

Now you are ready to get an UpRev tune. It will smooth out the powerband and lower the rpm point where that baby really starts to take off and you can feel the pull. It's delicious.

If the engine is solid, no reason you can't mod it. Mine had 132k on it when I bought it, had about 140k when I started modding it, I think close to 160k when I had it tuned. Almost 190k miles now, still pulls hard, still has the original clutch.

I cannot emphasis how much a tune helps after you do a few mods. Torque gains everywhere.
