I Recently Purchased a 03 g35 AT built in 09/02,172k, car runs and drives good, cheap price comes with issues, Main issue is my MAF Sensor, The car would act like it wants to stall on idle but drives perfectly fine revs pass 3000k and doesn't feels strange besides idle, Have a Pending p0113 (IAT high Circuit) i digged and found the acordioin coupler had a big hole in it, also what i noticed and later found out it's the MAFS sensor an housing had the rectangular MAFS, i went and got a MAFS sensor for the specific year of my car and realized the MAFS Was rounded on, now what i also have is the MAF wires were cut to fit the rectangular, been looking on the website like crazy for wire colors and can't find any, i went ahead and bought a MAFS sensor with housing, because the plug don't fit the one i got, i research and found out 03 altimas share the same MAFS as the 03 g35 which is the rounded one, now the fun part is trying to solder the wires to their corresponding wire, so far i know the wire coloring code of the plug i took from the altima, what i'm looking for is the MAF wiring diagram ( wire colors ) the ones i have are black and white, blue, orange, pink, yellow and green, now i know the yellow and green is for the IAT, but what about the 5v or the MAF Signal or MAF Ground, i'm still doing homework at this moment, any help would be lovely ill even cash app you 10 bucks for a cold one

Check section EC - Engine Controls, page 187 has wiring for the IAT, page 180 has wiring for the MAF.

Color codes for the wires are found in section GI - General Information, page 17 or just refer to this snippet I pulled from the manual.

 

 

thanks to this and that fsm, i wn thru 4 different FSM and found out the wires i needed, went ahead and installed the MAF and my car feels a lot better, reset the ECU and no codes or pending codes, also the ambient air temperature sensor helped too, you were my blessing from heaven!!!!!!!!!!

What were the wires colors that you ended up using to connect to the harness?

 

hey sorry for the late reply, i just got done doing some maintenance done and i noticed i got a notification for this

wire harness from g35


blue/ yellow-green / pink / black-yellow /light-green

red / yellow-green / red-green / black / white


03 vq altima/maxima plug *cheap route*
(i got 2 plugs one of each they are the same wire colors)
