Can't see the logic of hammering someone for posting their opinion in the middle of a thread where your crying about basically being denied your right to do the same.

As much as this thread was created to try and drum up public support to influence those that run the place. When I see the content of thread's like this, with the word's you've chosen, it doesn’t capture my heart and mind and leave's me supporting all those in power. But nothing will over come one simple truth, this place is not a democracy and those of us that paid for a membership upgrade would be silly to think money changes that.

I will not reply to this, just ask that we turn inwards and make certain we are part of the solution, not part of the problem.

I wasn't responsible for the genesis of this thread, but since I was the one censored, I felt it appropriate to respond.

I would also like to invite the delicate flowers who were so incensed by my words to explain to me (PM if necessary) why they were offended.

I would also encourage the Mods to view the threads referenced above for far more questionable content.

I'm going to go ahead and have to disagree with your last post, Andrew-- It's threads like this that make the forum less attractive.

It is our job to put out fires before they start. Sometimes we make poor decisions, but we each make about 100 a day. If we make a judgement error just let it go and know we have good intentions and aren't out just to piss in your cheerios. Shoot me a PM if you disagree on a post's removal. Dragging out in public does N O good. I'd rather error on the side of good judgement by deleting something than let things potentially get out of hand. It happens on occasion here.

If you have problems with posts, REPORT THEM. We get a nice little email when you do that, and all it takes a click of a button that says "report post". It makes our job easier when everyone works together to remove crap from our midst, instead of pointing to a post and saying, "but they're doing it!" as justification for their own actions.

You know I have ultimate respect for you BB and CX, but... A little slack, please. And for future reference, you might want to make it more clear in the future that you aren't referring to Kyle as being "f*cking blind". If I'd seen that post without the explanation attached, there would be a different direction for this thread. The guy has put more hours in on this site than everyone else combined and I for one trust his judgement. Anyone who can't see that is f*cking blind. I know Kyle won't do it, but I'll ban anyone so quickly who disrespects him that their head will spin.

Every minute that I sit here composing responses to this kind of crap is another minute I'm not able to do my job.

Just to clarify my position, I have the utmost respect for Kyle & the admin/mod staff on this site. Some of you I consider friends. My remarks did not target anyone other than newbie posters who jump to a conclusion without knowing the personality behind the post. Am I wrong?.. I don't think so, but everyone has their own opinion.

Without your help, this site wouldn't be what it is today. Without Kyle's efforts, there wouldn't be a site at all. I guess I took it a little too personally when my efforts at entertainment went awry and were removed.

Chicago-Just a bystander's view. I followed through your post before it disappeared. I have been on the board for only a few months and have gotten a bit of a feel for different regular posters. When I read your rage post, I thought COOL , Chicago is spelling out our fantasies of what we would like to do if this really happens to us, but then we get a grip and just get pi**ed off and do nothing cause that is taking the law in our own hands. I read the post just as a rage fantasy, and not what really happened.
I can see though where some people would read that and go WHOA this guy is whacked, he can't do that. And these people were very put off by your actions (not thinking it was just a story).
It was a neat story but went bad. I can understand why it disappeared since it seemed to be creating a lot of friction with some readers.
