Limp mode with warning lights, but no codes

My 03 6MT Sedan went into limp mode yesterday. I noticed that it had very little power when I first started driving (like it wouldn't get more then 20% throttle), but enough to drive. After driving on the highway for a few miles, the VDC, SLIP and another light came on solid. After I got to work, I was told that I had left my lights on, but went out and the headlights were off, but for some reason the rear tail lights were still on and I could not get them to shut off. I plugged in my OBDII reader and it came back with no error codes, even though the warning lights were still on. Any idea why this could be happening? limp mode with no error codes? rear tail lights stay on?

Is your rear tail lights on or are your BRAKE LIGHTS on?

Hmm, it could be the brake lights.

Check the switch at the top of the brake pedal to see if it's broken.

I checked the switch and it appears to be fine. If you know the pinout I could ring it and see if it’s switching or whatever. Any other suggestions if the switch is fine? Could one tire having low pressure cause the issue?? I have aftermarket tire sensors so I know one is a little low.

After a MUCH closer inspection, I realized that there were TWO switches for the brake pedal, a second one higher up then I originally saw. The switch was fine, but the small plastic insert that goes into the arm of the pedal had broken off and so the switch no longer had anything to push on. I stuck a plastic body panel clip into the hole (even though it’s too small and still can fall out) and now the brake lights are off! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Yep, that's definitely your culprit.
