MY 2005 Infinity G35 X drive Sedan windows just started rolling down automatically after I shut the vehicle off and open my drivers door to exit the vehicle !

I do not want to bring my Infinity into the Dealer either. . .

They are going to charge me almost $200 just to look at the vehicle. . . And I am sure they are going to just tell me to replace an Item that prob really doesn’t need to be replaced.

All four windows work fine. . . Individually and from the driver door.

Not sure what is causing this problem to accrue out of no where. PLEASE PLEASE HELP !

Do ALL windows roll down or just one?

If it's ALL windows it's probably the lock switch (you can roll windows up/down from the driver door key lock by holding it locked/unlocked).

If you never use that function you can unplug the harness, it's probably a broken switch.

It's also possible that your wires inside the door harness where it attaches to the chassis are starting to break and that's just the first one to fail.
