Still in pieces
Decisions decisions

So here is the run down.

Had a 350z for years 2006 mt6Boosted it and ran into issues with getting high #'s
So I was told that the non-revup was better for boost then the rev-up. Reason being is while yes the rev-up has the better oil pump but the VCT or I guess he explained that the can timing or something like that plays limit. Parts where a nightmare to find as always have to look for 'rev-up' parts as they where no the same I guess.

So what I'm getting at is I want to buy a g35 since I sold my 350z a few years ago because of a baby and other stuff. I want the 4door 6MT. What I want to know is should I go back with the Rev-up engine and get a 05-06 or just go back to basic's 03-04.

Second question is I don't want to do a block guard this time. But someone was telling me about a closed deck or something that would be great for high boost/bigger #'s

Goals are just to get back to my 600whp and maybe finally get above 700's.

JWT twin kit.

You don't need to worry about block fill for under 600. If you want more than 600 you should probably just get a 2007+ with the HR motor.

I upgraded bushings, lower control arms and installed slotted/drilled break rotors and now speakers
I own a 2008 g35 sedan it has the HR motor. It is a sweet motor. Probably not as easy as a LS motor or as cheap but it has a unique sound.
