Is this likely to work itself out? Check engine soon plus error code for cylinder 3 misfire, and the typical shuddering. Filled it up immediately after.

Ran it dead dry by accident due to the gas tank gauge/senders/dashboard trouble these guys are known for. Not thinking a fuel system trouble is just a coincidence. TIA.

 

Probably unrelated, pull and inspect your plugs, you might just be due for a tune up.
